I bought this about a year ago and still really love it. I noticed in a more recent review someone wrote it had elastic so they must have updated it since I bought mine. The one I've got was made with plain ribbons, one on the left one on the right, running up/down so it's incredibly tricky to put on! You've got to hold the bottom down while you tie the top or it'll just pull all the ribbon right through it! Silly design, but I still give it 5stars for looking great! (Btw, these look really nice on guys, I've made my boyfriend wear it more than me.) XD
