Q: Do you ship overseas
A: Yes, we do ship orders internationally to all countries! All order communication will occur via email (in English), so it is very important that your email address is accurate and current. Please make sure to double-check your shipping/ delivery address and your phone number, as it helps the USPS postal service in case there is a delivery problem.
Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be calculated by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. All International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail or PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL.

*****Our automatic system tends to overcharge the shipping cost (by around $2.00-$5.00 for U.S. customers). When this happens, we always adjust the shipping cost manually after the order has been placed. (Or issue a partial refund if you have sent your payment via paypal.)
Q: How can I track my order/package?
A: Only EXPRESS MAIL orders can be tracked. Once your package has been transferred to the USPS postal service, we will send you an email, which will notify you that your order status has changed from "Processing" to "Shipped". This email also includes the Tracking number of your order package. Simply copy and paste your Tracking number into the USPS Track&Confirm website here
Q: Why does USPS Express International cost more than Priority Mail International shipping?
A: USPS Express Mail is the faster delivery method (estimated 7-10 days). USPS Express Mail also allows your package to be tracked and insured. This shipping method has insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles occurred by the USPS. It is also a fast and reliable service for our customers, with which they are able to track the delivery of their package at the www.usps.com website.
Q: I chose Express Mail. It has been 10 days since I"ve placed my order - when will it arrive?
A: International orders take 1-2 days to process before they are packaged and transferred to the post office. Please allow up to 10-14 business days of shipping and handling time. (Sometimes customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays.)
Moreover, in some cases your local postal service attempts to deliver your package at your door, unsuccessfully. This could be because no one was available to receive the package. You must check if the postal carrier has left you a note instructing you to pick up your package at your local post office. Otherwise, your order package will be returned to us.
Q: Priority Mail International or Express Mail?
A: When placing a larger order (3lbs+), we suggest you to select Express Mail as the shipping method, because it is a faster and more secure shipping method which has always pleased our customers. Our customers have not experienced any loss or damage in choosing this shipping method.
Due to popular request, we now offer Priority Mail International as a less expensive shipping method. However,
- Priority Mail International does not offer a tracking number, only a Customs Declaration number as a prove of shipment. Again, Priority Mail Int. Orders cannot be tracked.
- Priority Mail International takes longer to arrive. When choosing Priority Mail International as the shipping option at our order website, the delivery time period is stated as (6-10 days). However, this information / estimate is provided by the USPS postal service, not by us. As of experience, especially with larger packages (3lbs+), the delivery time can exceed to up to 2-6 weeks. The delivery timeframe is different to every destination. Unexpected, unforeseeable delay in the delivery can occur by the USPS postal service, of which we have no control.
We have received emails from international customers that inquire about the delivery of their package. We had asked for the customer"s patience, as we were not able to track the package and in most cases, the package was delivered at a later timeframe than (6-10 days).
As of experience, we highly recommend all international customers to choose the Express Mail shipping option, as it is a faster delivery method. Although it is higher in cost than Priority Mail Int., it allows an order to be insured and tracked, so that you know exactly where your package is.
However, if you decide to choose Priority Mail International as the shipping method, we would like to ask for your patience. You must also understand that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your order package occurred by the USPS Postal service and since Priority Mail International does not insure the package, USPS will also not take responsibility for a loss or damage of your order package.
Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom"s fees and independent carrier charges. Our company Visual You, Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that our company Visual You, Inc. is not responsible for these costs / costs occurred by any third party and will not be able to reimburse you these costs. |
