Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Your shipping price will be calculated by the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

*****Our automatic system tends to overcharge the shipping cost (by around $2.00-$5.00 for U.S. customers). When this happens, we always adjust the shipping cost manually after the order has been placed. (Or issue a partial refund if you have sent your payment via paypal.)
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Once your payment has been cleared/ received successfully, please allow us 1-2 days of processing time.

A: We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
USPS offers following shipping options: (Please include 1-2 days additional for the processing time of your order.)
EXPRESS (estimated 1 - 2 day delivery time)
Priority (estimated 2 - 3 day delivery time)
Parcel (estimated 4 - 7 delivery time)
Q: How can I track my order/package?
A: Once your package has been transferred to the USPS postal service, we will send you an email, which will notify you that your order status has changed from "Processing" to "Shipped". This email also includes the Delivery Confirmation number of your order package. Simply copy and paste your Delivery Confirmation into the USPS Track&Confirm website here.
We are not responsible over the delivery and handling process occurred by the USPS.
If the value of your order is over $100, we suggest you to add $2.00 shipping insurance to your package. You may do so by leaving us a note in the comment box upon checkout, instructing us to apply an additional $2.00 insurance fee to your order.
In case of a loss of your package, we are not able to reimburse you the money/ value of your order. However, we will give our best effort to resolve the incident in a peaceful matter. |
