All orders are processed from Monday-Friday. Processing includes billing, preparing and packing orders for their shipment.
It takes 24-48 hours, from the order time, before an order is shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and / or holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we do ship to all countries! All order communication will occur via e-mail (in English). Thus, it is very important that your e-mail address is accurate and current. Please make sure to double-check your shipping/ delivery address and include your phone number as it helps the postal service/ delivery courier to get in contact with you in case there is a delivery problem.

$34.99. For orders of 34.99 or more, a flat rate of $15.99 is charged.
ALL OTHER INT. COUNTRIES For Standard Int. shipping, a flat rate of $13.99 is charged on all orders below
$34.99. For orders of 34.99 or more, a flat rate of $19.99 is charged.

For expedited shipping (Priority Mail Express), the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You may have a preview of the shipping cost (for expedited shipping) at the checkout of your order::

Q: How can I track my order/ package?
A: Once your package has been transferred to the USPS Postal Service, we will send you an e-mail, which will notify you that your order status has changed from "Processing" to "Shipped". This e-mail also includes the Tracking number or Custom's Declaration number of your order package. Simply copy and paste that number into the USPS Track&Confirm website here.

 

Q: Which shipping method should I choose?
A: We suggest Priority Express Int. as your shipping method if you need your order to arrive as quickly as possible and in the most secure way as possible. Priority Express Int. has insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles occurred by the USPS. 

- First-Class Mail Int. and Priority Mail Int. offer a Customs Declaration number as a prove of shipment. A Customs Declaration number offers tracking on the USPS website for packages of 3lbs(+) (orders with the sub-total of $45.50 or more) but only limited amount of tracking for smaller packages. Limited tracking states the location of the package's departure from our local USPS postal office (U.S. - California) and then the location of the package's arrival destination (your country). - First-Class Mail Int. and Priority Mail Int. take longer to arrive than Priority Express Mail Int.. When choosing Priority Mail Int. as the shipping option on our website, the delivery time period is stated as (6-10 days). However, this estimate is provided by the USPS Postal Service, not by us. As of experience, especially with larger packages or 3lbs(+), the delivery time can exceed to up to 2-5 weeks. The delivery timeframe is different to every destination. Unexpected, unforeseeable delay in the delivery can occur by the USPS Postal Service, of which we have no control.

We have received a few e-mails from International customers inquiring about the delayed delivery of their package. We had asked for the customers' patience, as we were not able to track the package in detail and in all cases, the package was delivered at a later timeframe than 6-10 days.

If you decide to choose First-Class Mail Int. or Priority Mail Int. as the shipping method, we kindly ask for your patience. You must also understand that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your order package occurred by the USPS Postal Service and since First-Class Mail Int. and Priority Mail Int. do not insure the package, USPS, nor our company Visual You will take responsibility for a loss or damage of your order package.
 


Q: I chose Priority Mail Express Int.  It has been 5 days since I've placed my order. When will it arrive?
A: All orders take 1-2 business days to process (Mon-Fri, cut-off time 3:00 pm) before they are packaged and transferred to the post office. Please remember to exclude weekends for delivery because they are non-business days. Sometimes customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays.
Moreover, in some cases your local postal service attempts to deliver your package at your door, unsuccessfully. This could be because no one was available to accept the package. You must check with your local postal office on if your package is being held. Perhaps the postal carrier has left you a note instructing you to pick up your package at your local post office. Otherwise, your order package will be returned to us.
 


Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom's fees and/ or independent carrier charges. Our company Visual You has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that our company is not responsible for any of such cost occurred (by any third party) and will not be able to offer any kind of reimbursement. The customer is fully responsible for all carriage/ duty fees due upon clearance (through customs) for delivery in his/ her country to the final destination.
Returned packaged due to the customer's default (e.g. customer refusing to pay such fees) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
