Copyright/ Artwork Theft

Unfortunately, we have been subject of artwork theft / copyright infringement of several of our LOKISA designs. This has been a very disheartening experience. However, we are overwhelmed by the support received by ever single one of you, messaging/ emailing/ tagging us to notify us about stolen work. Please continue to spread awareness and let your family and friends know. We hope the information below helps you in being able to identify right from wrong/ authentic from stolen.

Q: How would a reputable platform such as Amazon distribute stolen/unauthorized designs?
A:
- Amazon and Aliexpress have individual sellers that are able to upload their own products to sell in their individual seller accounts.
- Amazon and Aliexpress have no way of managing every single listing that is uploaded on their platform.
- Many sellers that use Amazon and Aliexpress as a means to sell their own items can upload STOLEN designs, and Amazon and Aliexpress do not know that those designs are stolen.
- i.e. The Coffee Shiba Inu design is originally our own. Some people/ companies might have bought our design off Aliexpress to resell it, which is still UNAUTHORIZED selling of our original design(s) which we created (drew / designed/ printed) ourselves.

Although many product listings found on these websites have been removed, due to us reporting them, we need your help! If you see any (future) listings on these or other unauthorized websites, please help us to "REPORT" & notify us about such.
We do not sell on any of these websites. Any LOKISA items you see on these websites are STOLEN/ UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR DESIGNS.
