A: All orders ship directly from Corona, California. (U.S.)

Q: Is the item I'm ordering in stock? 
A: Most items listed on our website are ready-to-ship, some are made-to-order, and the best effort to update the website and products' availability is being made during business hours (Mon-Fri). However, occasionally inaccuracies in the quantity availability might occur. Once found that the product or quantity ordered is not available, we will contact you via e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail is accurate for us to resolve the incident ASAP.

Q: How do I cancel my order? 
A: All order cancellation requests must be received within 3 hrs from the time the order was placed. Contact us via our Contact us page to request a cancellation. Be sure to include your order number so we can locate your order.
