*Return and Exchange eligibility is subject to the requirements and terms below.
*For an easy Return and Exchange where you can reuse the packaging the item(s) came with, you may purchase a return shipping label for $7.99 - $9.99 (depending on the weight) which covers all shipping and handling fees (both ways).
*Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the order date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*No return shipping label is available for returns for refunds. Buyer chooses shipping service of their choice for return.

HOW TO MAKE AN EASY RETURN
- Is your item eligible of a return? Read through the requirements listed below to make sure your item is eligible of a return.
- Let's get you a RAN (Return Authorization Number). A RAN is required before you can send back your return to us.
Contact us at our Contact us page to request your RAN.
When contacting us, please include as many of the following information:
- The full name of the person who purchased the item(s)*
- Order number
- E-mail address (login ID)
- The name of the concerning product *
- The reason of your return request * (To show prove of a defective product, you must attach a picture with your E-mail.)
- You should receive a response from us, within 48 business hrs, including our 'Returns & Exchange Form'. Fill out this form and include it in your return package.
- Schedule an easy pickup through USPS www.usps.com or go by the classic way via drop-off at your local post office!
RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
- To qualify for a return, please contact us within 30 days of the order date.
- Return packaged must be received back to our Return Address within 14 days of your return inquiry.
- Items that are made-to-order (all embroidered items are made-to-order).
- Items marked as sale or final sale.
- Mystery Bags or Mystery Boxes.
- Face masks (due to health/ hygiene reason)
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Returns received in damaged/ used/ worn condition.
- Shipping charges.
- Items bought from a convention/ trade show vs. from our webstore visual-you.com / lokisa.com. Items bought from a convention/ trade show are final sale.
- Gift returns. However, the original purchaser may initiate a return for exchange.
Fully eligible items :
- Items of cases where we have made an error (incorrect/ defective items).
- Any item must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and odor-/ smoke-free condition with original tags or packaging intact.
Return of an item bought using a coupon code:
- Coupon / discount codes are allocated across all items ordered within an order. When returning an item that was bought with such a code, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
Terms & Conditions
- Returns & Exchanges will be processed (& shipped) within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
- If your Exchange request is no longer available, you will receive a Store Credit instead.
- When returning for a refund, the buyer is responsible for all original shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
- Returns & Exchanges that don't meet our Return Requirements are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, 15%-40% restocking fee, or denial.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed or shipped.

Returned Packages due to incorrect address
Please understand that we are not responsible for any orders mailed to an incorrect address, as we will specifically ship to the address that is provided via the Ship-To information. Please be sure to review the Ship-To address before ordering. If an order returns to us due to such reason, we will ask the customer for payment of the re-shipping fee and a valid, updated Ship-To address. If the customer does not respond to our inquiry after 2 weeks, a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee and minus any original shipping cost will be issued.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and/ or exchanges for International orders (any country outside of the U.S.) at this time. However, please contact us if we have made an error (incorrect/ defective items) as we'll be happy to assist you!
