All orders ship from U.S. California. Please allow 2-4 days of processing time before an order is shipped. All orders are processed from Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and / or holidays are processed on the next business day. Thank you.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We currently ship to the U.S. & Canada only.
All order communication will be done via e-mail. Thus, it is very important that your e-mail address is accurate and current. Please make sure to double-check your shipping/ delivery address and include your phone number as it helps the postal service/ delivery courier to get in contact with you in case there is a delivery problem.

Q: How much will I pay for Int. shipping?
A:

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. We have a Standard flat rate available based on the purchase amount. Please see the rates listed below.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Please allow for the processing time as indicated above for us to prepare and pack your order before its shipment. Inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information may delay your order processing.

*Standard Flat Rate ships via USPS First Class INT and usually takes 7-14 days for smaller packages and 15-30 days for larger packages.

Q: How can I track my order/ package?
A: Once your package has been transferred to the USPS Postal Service, we will send you an e-mail, which will notify you that your order status has changed from "Processing" to "Shipped". This e-mail also includes the tracking number of your order package.

Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom's fees and/ or independent carrier charges. Our company Visual You has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that our company is not responsible for any of such cost occurred (by any third party) and will not be able to offer any kind of reimbursement. The customer is fully responsible for all carriage/ duty fees due upon clearance (through customs) for delivery to the final destination.
Returned packaged due to the customer's default (i.e. customer refusing to pay such fees) are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.

 

Q: I think I made a mistake with my Shipping address. What now?
A: Please contact us within 3 hrs of the time you placed your order so we can update the Shipping address for you.

If your package has already been shipped, please understand that we are not responsible for any lost orders mailed to an incorrect address as we will specifically ship to the address that you provide via your Ship-To information. Please be sure to review your Ship-To address before ordering.
However, if your package returns to us, we will contact you for payment of the re-shipping fee and to obtain a valid, updated Ship-To address. If you do not respond to our inquiry after 4 weeks, a refund less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be issued.


Once a package is transferred to the USPS postal service, we have no control over the delivery and handling process by the USPS or the local postal service in your country (such as Canada Post).

 

Add-ons due to COVID-19:


Q: I haven't received my order yet. Can you check where it's at?
A: Please allow one to three months for the delivery (since the shipment day) for any shipping method. There might be delivery delay caused by the USPS postal office due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19.
Please contact us no later than three months since the shipment day and we'll be glad to assist by taking a look at your order / tracking details. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
