A: We are currently only able to ship to Canada.
All order communication will be done via e-mail (in English). Thus, it is very important that your e-mail address is accurate and current. Please make sure to double-check your shipping/ delivery address and include your phone number as it helps the postal service/ delivery courier to get in contact with you in case there is a delivery problem.

Q: How can I track my order/ package?
A: Once your package has been transferred to the USPS Postal Service, we will send you an e-mail, which will notify you that your order status has changed from "Processing" to "Shipped". This e-mail also includes the tracking number of your order package.
Q: Are there any additional cost or taxes?
A: Certain countries may charge additional custom's fees and/ or independent carrier charges. Our company Visual You has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please understand that our company is not responsible for any of such cost occurred (by any third party) and will not be able to offer any kind of reimbursement. The customer is fully responsible for all carriage/ duty fees due upon clearance (through customs) for delivery in his/ her country to the final destination.
Returned packaged due to the customer's default (e.g. customer refusing to pay such fees) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Q: I haven't received my order yet. Can you check where it's at?
A: Please allow one to three months for the delivery since the shipment day. Please contact us no later than three months since the shipment day and we'll be glad to assist by taking a look at your order / tracking details. There might be delivery delay caused by the USPS postal office due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
